Viewing the site/ Looking for items
For product item, there are basically 6 categories- beauty, aroma, herbs, jewelry, leisure & beauty tips (as shown on the hyperlink bar at the top of this page). There're also sub-categories, please feel free to click in and explore. You'll find this hyperlink bar on every page, when you're ready to purchase, just click on the shopping button at the right of the bar. The friends section is for you to contact us, and for Neroli, our shop owner, to update news. On home page, there're many hyperlinks on product images, simply click on images to the categories/sections you like.

To make your visit even more comfortable, there's always soft music playing at background. What you have to do is just turning on the speakers attached to your computer to enjoy the soothing music.

There are different languages to choose. English and Traditional Chinese are original script; while Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean and other European languages are translated text with the help of online web translation site. To purchase/ Payment
On shopping pages, please print out the purchase order form, fill in details and send back to us via fax or post. Alternatively you could send us an e-mail including product name/code, quantity, amount, payment method, your contact no. and delivery address. Please refer to the form or table underneath for delivery charge.

The prices listed are of currency of Hong Kong dollar. To give you an idea of how much they worth, the rate between US dollar to HK dollars is around US$1= HK$7.8. For your convenience, we accept payment by cheque, bank transfer and PayPal. Upon request, We do accept Cash on Delivery but limited to Hong Kong customers only and delivery will be arranged by appointment.

All products will be delivered after payment is received. For those who choose to pay by bank transfer or cheque, handling payment fast could help shortening processing time.

Product delivery/ Delivery fee
Local Delivery
Normally it takes 1 to 2 weeks, depends on stock of goods. If stock is available, the fastest time for delivery is 3 working days.
Oversea Delivery
Generally we'll deliver products to oversea by air. It'll take 2 to 3 weeks, depends on the stock of goods and your address. If you can wait a longer time, there's an option of sending goods by ship, it'll cost less but takes more than a month (sometimes up to two months), depends on ship schedule. On the other hand if you want your goods to be received within the shortest time, you can request express post.

The following table lists delivery rate, while express rate need to be quoted individually. Please specify mailing options on the order form. If you want to deliver gifts to your friend(s) directly, simply fill in your friend's data as recipient name & delivery address. For any questions regarding delivery, please contact us by clicking on friends to send us an e-mail.

The calculating method of delivery fee is based on classifying addresses within or outside Hong Kong, details as follows:

Under reasonable situation (e.g. the product(s) being demaged during delivery), refunds or change of item could be accepted at the discretion of the Company Management.
