Choose your favourite type, put into a cup or a pot then pour in hot water, wait for 1-2 minutes and it's ready for drink. Add in honey, sugar or lemon as you wish. For those who like stronger taste might want to add in green tea leave (some of the herbal bags already include green tea, for those without can purchase at our "single herbs" section), one pot of herbal tea can be refilled with hot water for several times.
